How do I use the Glo to Sleep™ mask?
- Slip on your mask, securing in place with the comfortable Velcro® strap.
- Gently raise your eyes focusing on the soft blue glo, and breathe deeply.
- Repetitive and worrying thoughts will begin to subside.
- Tension will leave your body.
- You will soon become very relaxed, drifting into a peaceful sleep, waking up refreshed, alert and ready to face the day.

Step One
Hold the inside of your Glo to Sleep™ towards a light source for about 60 seconds
Step One
The points inside the Glo to Sleep™ will glo. Adjust the Velcro™ strap and put on your Glo to Sleep™.
Step 3
Look up at the Points of Glo and breathe deeply and evenly. Feel your thoughts slow, your body relax, and just Glo to Sleep™.
If you are awakened in the middle of your sleep time, there is no need to turn on a light, as the Glo to Sleep™ holds its glo for hours. The Points of Glo are photoluminscent pigment.
